Event will include a facilitated workshop, as well as catered meal. We would appreciate information on room set up options, as well as A/V access (microphone and likely powerpoint projection). Please also provide guidance on how we ought to coordinate catering. Thank you!

Our event will run 5:30-8:30. We would appreciate access for setup at 4:00pm at possible, and perhaps an additional hour post-event for break-down.
